Inevitably one of the first questions I'm asked by many people
thinking of buying or selling any kind of property from recreational,
to personal, to investment and even commercial is if they really do
need a realtor in order to facilitate their potential deal. This is
especially true with people that I'm meeting for the first time, that
may have had a bit of a distasteful experience in a previous dealing
with or without a former realtor. Being completely honest the answer is
no, they don't need a realtor, but in order to maximize the greatest
value or to get the best deal possible it is something that they should
deeply consider.
Just as there are good cups of coffee and cups that leave you
wondering what it was that you had just finished drinking, all realtors
are not created equally. I will work with you to create the best avenue
for us to travel together and the most stress-free way to get you
there. Buying a new home for your family to live in or protecting their
future interests by adding an additional revenue property to your
financial portfolio shouldn't come at an emotional price that causes
you to reconsider that decision but rather it should be blissful and a
moment full of confidence knowing your are helping to secure their
future along with your own. As such I will work to achieve nothing less
than that and to make your experience one that you would be pleased to
refer any of your friends and family with the same questions that you
once had too for any of their future real estate needs.
