Luciano Rao

Luciano is a hometown boy born, educated and raised in this city by his late Father, who was crafty in all areas of Construction. His Dad took pride in building and owning several single family detached duplexes right from the footings(which he leased) and also helped construct the flooring in our own Edmonton International Airport.

At the age of 50, in deep reflexion after reading a book by Malcolm Gladwell titled OUTLIERS recommended by my Gymnastics coach opened my mind to a career in Real Estate. The author’s theory outlined the requirement of performing 10,000 hours of work in any endeavour to achieve an elite level of skill. This concept was applied in Ontario where I excelled as a student inside the Ontario Real Estate College and now trading in this historical profession in Alberta. I now offer my services both in Ontario and Alberta as I hold onto both licenses.

‘Back to my Dad'
I can recall pushing the wheel barrel for Dad at the age of 6, watching him nail down joists to secure flooring, putting up wood framing, dry-walling, concrete pouring, painting, tiling bathrooms and studying architecturally designed floor plans. He had vision for manual labour just like I had vision for learning academically. The ethic of HARD WORK was instilled in all 4 of my siblings from Dominick(my Dad) and my Mom at a very young age.

This brings me to MaxWell Polaris where Real Estate Happens! We have a structured environment that sets up consumers for success in Selling and/or Purchasing Real Estate with tools to provide my client’s peace of Mind. My goals haven’t changed in 50 years, I’m working hard for my client’s to take the challenges out of Selling or Purchasing by creating a game plan simplifying your present situation.
