If you are selling: we will stage your home, we will advertise it right, present it to the market place with great pictures or video, and get the best dollar possible.
If you are Buying: we will find the perfect house. We will sit down and talk about your needs, your desires and then we will set out to find that perfect house. Just be aware, we are going to make this fun, it is an adventure, and you want to enjoy it.
Your Mortgage: I also have my mortgage license, I can assist you in that department, or coach you about doing to your bank and finding the right product to suit your long-term goals.

My Background: I entered building homes and real estate for the first time, many years ago. Assisted in building our first family home at the age of fifteen. Following that, within six years I purchased my own home: picked all the colors and flooring. By the time I was a very young adult, I had subcontracted to build and sell four homes. At the age of 25 entered real estate as a REALTOR®. Due to personal circumstances, I left that career. Now I am back on track and my passion for this industry is even more intense. It would be my honor to help you maximize the sale of your home or buy that perfect new nest where you will build memories for the optimum price.
