Helping you make a great decision when dealing with the most significant investment in your life is my objective. I have been involved in building, purchasing and selling homes since in my teens. I love real estate and what it brings to your life. A major asset if the chosen right can bring you joy every day. It can contribute hugely to your retirement. Whether it is the sale of an existing home, buying your first home, upsizing or downsizing, I want to be there every step of the way. We will take a very, very wholistic approach: location, resale, getting the best mortgage, home staging, marketing your home through social media resources, or just simply looking for a great buy. If you are selling: we will stage your home, we will advertise it right, present it to the market place with great pictures or video, and get the best dollar possible. If you are Buying: we will find the perfect house. We will sit down and talk about your needs, your desires and then we will set out to find that perfect house. Just be aware, we are going to make this fun, it is an adventure, and you want to enjoy it. Your Mortgage: I also have my mortgage license, I can assist you in that department, or coach you about doing to your bank and finding the right product to suit your long-term goals. I am here to serve you in this capacity. My approach will be strategic, calm, but focused. We will approach this change as quickly or as slowly as you are comfortable with. If you need assistance getting your home ready for sale, I will be with you every step of the way. I will be direct with you, as this is a major purchase or sale of a very expensive asset. By now you have the picture: I love real estate, I love the part it plays in our lives. I love how people can enjoy their home, their castle and I want to make that dream come true for you. My Background: I entered building homes and real estate for the first time, many years ago. Assisted in building our first family home at the age of fifteen. Following that, within six years I purchased my own home: picked all the colors and flooring. By the time I was a very young adult, I had subcontracted to build and sell four homes. At the age of 25 entered real estate as a REALTOR®. Due to personal circumstances, I left that career. Now I am back on track and my passion for this industry is even more intense.
